What will your life be like in three years?
I’m 82 and a half years old. If I live for those three years, I will be 85 and a half.
I can’t really imagine that life will be much different apart from the fact that I might not be alive.
Of course, if Mr Putin should happen to decide to bomb the UK, I might be under that bomb or another one. Not a lot to look forward to.
If the present Russian ‘Tsar’ doesn’t bomb the UK, maybe I will carry on living at the seaside and eating out once a week, ordering food, cooking food, walking Lola (who will be 12 years old – not so old for a small dog like she is) and enjoying the fact that I am still alive!
It’s really difficult to predict what one’s life will be like in three years when one is as old as I am.

The world is so topsy turvy, we can’t even speculate where we’ll be in three years.

I think when I finish working on my childhood book, that I’ll be ready to go.
I hear that in Switzerland. they’re working on a “couple’s pod” for a joint suicide….sounds nice.

I don’t think I’m ready for that yet. There are things I want to see done, like the democrats win the congress next year and the Ukrainians win the war started by Russia. Also, I want at least a few more springtimes – I’ve got to see the Alliums we’ve just planted! – and a few more summers. Also, I like eating and am dieting at the moment which means I’ve cut down on all the good stuff like bread and fine ice cream (or any ice cream at the moment. I want to reach my goal weight then begin to eat things I like (but not too many or too much!) 👵🏻😄
And, don’t go (unless you are definitely ready!) because it’s nice to know you are there in your house! X
