Which way is up?

Here is an abstract painting I made the other day. I quite like it – it’s colours and the shapes – but am not sure which way up it goes, so I thought I’d ask you.

Thanks! 😄 (Don’t you hate it when the computer thinks it knows what you wanted to write? In the paragraph above, the word ‘its’ has been given an unnecessary apostrophe! Sorry, I should have proof-read it but it was so short I just assumed it was okay. Now I know.)😩

I have reached the grand old age of 82 now. Until the mid 90’s I was a teacher, then a dealer in antiques and collectables which I loved! When I retired to the seaside I started a website selling antique and vintage games and wooden jigsaw puzzles.     I like this painting very much. I think the 3rd position is my favourite. I see valleys and peaks in that one. A zig zag pattern stand out to me in the 2nd and 4th positions. The 1st has the darker blues on top and I like them better in the lower part. But any position would be good. Nice work!

    I prefer the second one. But seeing the other two comments it’s obvious that there’s no ‘correct’ way !
