It’s been a few weeks since I wrote a post so I thought I would just send you all seasons greetings, whoever you are and whatever it is you are celebrating.

I am 74, was a teacher, then a dealer in antiques and collectables. When I retired to the seaside I started website selling antique and vintage games and wooden jigsaw puzzles. Now, I'm spending my time blogging, gardening and making oil paintings.

    Hi Candy, This is your cousin John Grant in Ohio. I like this better than Facebook for communicating and creativity. I really enjoyed the history piece of your blog especially with the older pictures with all three of you together. I liked it so much that I started a blog granddaddyspin.com on wordpress. You were my inspiration. Mine includes only my original art and writings. I am going to start a novel soon which will be a regular source of writing and art, I’ll keep you posted.
